How to enroll

This information is also available in the Procedures Handbook, sent to current financial members shortly before the start of term.

Please note:
• Some courses require members to contact the tutor prior to enrolling or being added to the waiting list. This is specified in the course description.
• Members may contact a tutor for further information about a course, but tutors cannot enrol students. The student must enrol on line or on campus.

There are two ways to enrol.

Pre-enrolments

Members who are continuing in a course from the previous term, and their tutor is aware they are continuing, are already registered on the course list must not re-enrol.

New Enrolments

Members wishing to enrol for a course in which they did not participate during Term 2, 2026 can enrol either on campus or online.

Yoga classes please note: Because there are large waiting lists for all yoga classes, members are restricted to attending only one type of yoga class each term. This will ensure fairness for all members.

Absence from classes
